G8 : Protection of mothers and children

A working lunch to discuss the protection mothers and children at the G8 Summit in Deauville.

At the invitation of Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, the World Ambassador for the protection of mothers and children against the AIDS virus, and on the initiative of the Born HIV Free movement, this working lunch aims to raise awareness of the possible elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV by 2015 with the spouses of Heads of State and Government attending the G8 summit.
