Culture for the most excluded

Some places, because they are isolated, have little infrastructure or are badly perceived, suffer from limited access to culture. This is the case for isolated or deprived areas and other places where people are isolated such as hospitals and prisons. In this section, we include a number of features prepared by specialists as well as a non-exhaustive list of initiatives undertaken by players in the field working to disseminate culture and the arts to new places and new audiences who, for the moment, are excluded.
